Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly — your name, mobile phone number, email address, and mailing address; parcel and ownership information relating to the property involved in a project; and the contents of communications between you and iROW, including messages you send through this website, by email, by text, or by phone.
We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit this site, such as your browser type and the pages you view, in order to keep the site working and secure.
How we use your information
We use your information to contact you about your right-of-way matter, to carry out appraisal, acquisition, relocation, and closing activities, to send you documents and status updates, to respond to your questions, and to meet our legal and contractual obligations — including recordkeeping required under the Uniform Act and comparable state law.
We do not sell your personal information.
SMS / Text Messaging
By providing your mobile number and consenting, you agree to receive text messages from iROW related to your right-of-way matter. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance.
iROW does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent information with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in information and consent are used solely to deliver the messages you requested and are not shared with third parties.
Your choices
Consenting to text messages is optional and is not a condition of any service. If you have opted in to text messages, you can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us; reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of text messages does not affect your right-of-way matter — we will continue to reach you by mail, email, or phone.
